If you enjoy outdoor recreation, Park City, Utah is a dream come true. Treat yourself to a week-long yoga program and outdoor adventure in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains, thirty minutes east of Salt Lake City. Park City is a world premier ski resort center, hosting the 2002 Winter Olympics, and the area has so much more to offer, including:

It’s a perfect setting for those who love nature and want to either begin, or enhance, their yoga practice. After a day of outdoor activities, imagine unwinding, gently stretching and relaxing in a restorative yoga experience tailored for beginners through advanced students. Yoga has been endorsed by western medical professionals, psychotherapists, and amateur/professional coaches as a therapeutic and training activity that heals the body, increases physical well-being and ability, relieves muscle tension and stress, and renews the spirit.

We will engage in personalized, small group yoga sessions (two 90-min. classes daily), including classes at the Park City Yoga Center (www.parkcityyogacenter.com). Complementing the yoga, enjoy the rest of the day doing the rich variety of activities the Park City area offers.
